Yes, you can arrange a visit to come and see the van before renting it, with no obligation.

We only accept payments via bank transfer or card.

The security deposit must be paid by bank card in the landlord's name on the first day of the rental. You can find more information in the "Insurance and Security Deposit" section below.

The collection and delivery of the vehicle is carried out in our workshop located in Torrelles de Foix (Barcelona) VILI CAMPER SL Carretera de Pontons BV-2122 km 1,9 08737 Torrelles de Foix Barcelona We are 10 min. of Vilafranca del Penedés

PICK-UP HOURS: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An exact pick-up time must be arranged in advance. A €30 fee will be charged for each hour of delay. RETURN HOURS: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Outside of business hours, keys will be returned to a secure drop box with an access code, no later than 8:00 PM. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer on the first business day after the vehicle has been inspected.

You can leave it parked on the public road or if you prefer we have free parking so you can leave the vehicle while you are in the rental period.

On the day of vehicle collection, all drivers must bring their valid Spanish driver's licenses (Class B) and national identity cards, both of which must be valid. All documents must be originals; we cannot accept photocopies. The main driver will need to pay a €600 security deposit by bank card in the lessor's name. (This is important for insurance coverage.) The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of the end of the rental period, after the vehicle's interior and exterior condition has been checked.

On the agreed date, time, and location, a member of the Vilicamper team will deliver the vehicle and explain all its functions. Once everything has been explained and understood, both parties will inspect the vehicle's condition, both inside and out, as well as the included rental accessories. After this inspection, we will verify the documents and sign the rental agreement. This also includes paying the €600 deposit by bank card. Once these steps are completed, you can begin your rental period.

The maximum speed allowed for motorhomes on motorways and dual carriageways is 90 km/h, on conventional roads it is 80 km/h.

The van uses diesel. The use of DIESEL PLUS is prohibited as it will damage the entire auxiliary heating system.

Yes, pets are allowed in our vans at no extra cost, but please be mindful of any damage, odors, or mess they may cause. Simply return the van in the same hygienic condition in which you received it.

Camping is recommended in designated areas such as campsites or campervan parks. Parking in areas where explicitly prohibited by municipal regulations is not recommended; any fines will be the responsibility of the renter.

Yes, there is a mileage limit for stays of less than 3 days or for weekend rentals. The maximum mileage is 250 km. Additional kilometers cost €0.30/km. For stays of 4 days or more, there is no mileage limit.

Don't worry, a helpline will be provided to answer any questions that may arise during the entire rental period.

Grey and black water must be emptied in a designated and clearly marked area, such as campsites, campervan areas, or gas stations that offer this service. Emptying tanks outside of these designated areas is strictly prohibited.

Our rental van is a new model and in perfect working order. It's inspected after every rental, but if it does break down, don't worry. You can contact us or our insurance company directly, as we offer 24-hour roadside assistance, and they'll try to resolve the problem on the spot. If the van can't be repaired immediately, the roadside assistance insurance will arrange accommodation for the vehicle's occupants in a hotel near the repair shop. If the repair takes several days, the assistance will cover the passengers' return to their point of origin.
