Camper conversion with a bed configurable in 3 positions
This project was created with a specific client requirement in mind: removable rear beds that can be configured in three positions to suit any type of trip. It's a practical and economical solution compared to an electric bed, without sacrificing flexibility and comfort.
High and low position: Transforms the rear into a double bunk, offering ample sleeping space both above and below. Ideal for those looking to maximize space without sacrificing comfort. This option allows four people to sleep comfortably.
Middle position: Specially designed for two people who prefer extra space to relax. It also allows you to carry your bikes underneath, making it the ideal option for adventurers who don't want to leave their bikes at home.
Main features of camper conversion
Seats: Space for 4 people to travel and sleep comfortably for up to 4 people.
Insulation, floor, wall, and ceiling paneling: Complete Kayflex insulation ensures optimal temperature at all times. The floor is paneled with poplar plywood and covered with seamless PVC vinyl, providing a durable and easy-to-clean surface. The bedroom walls, sliding door, and rear hatches are upholstered in faux leather, offering a stylish and easy-to-maintain finish. Additionally, the ceiling is paneled with beige faux leather-effect plywood, ensuring a robust and modern construction.
Ventilation and Natural Light: To optimize ventilation and natural light in the camper, we've installed a 700x400 mm window in the sliding door and another 700x400 mm window in the dining area. All these windows are equipped with integrated mosquito nets and blackout blinds, offering greater comfort and privacy at all times. We've also installed a Turbo Vent skylight in the dining area and two Dometic skylights, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, to further improve ventilation.
Climate control: Autoterm Planar 2 kW heating system, diesel-powered. With a digital control and included altitude kit, this heating system gives you complete control over the interior temperature, ensuring a comfortable and cozy journey at all times.
Water system: The water system uses a pressure pump to ensure a constant flow of water, along with an expansion tank that maintains optimal system pressure. It includes fixed 78L fresh water tanks and a 53L grey water tank. We have also integrated a manual drain valve for effortless emptying and a water filling port for easy refilling from any location. Our water system utilizes premium fittings to prevent water loss due to expansion caused by temperature changes, ensuring a constant and reliable supply.
Electrical system: Equipped with a CBE PC180 control unit that gives you complete control over water levels, battery status, and other crucial aspects of the vehicle. We've also integrated a modified sine wave inverter/charger to convert battery power into high-quality AC. An AGM battery ensures a reliable power source.

Lighting: Our LED lighting system provides bright, welcoming, and even light throughout the camper. This includes LED ceiling lights, recessed spotlights in the dining and kitchen shelves, overhead LED lights that create a warm and comfortable ambiance, and adjustable flexible lamps in the bedroom area. The entire system is zone-controlled to suit your lighting needs and preferences.
Kitchen Equipment: We have installed a Dometic two-burner sink and hob combination, equipped with a folding tap, which makes it easy to make the most of the space.
In addition, we've installed an 80-liter Dometic CRE compressor refrigerator, ensuring your food stays fresh throughout your trip. The separate sink and stove provide a more organized and functional space, significantly improving comfort and the culinary experience on your adventures.
Separate Bathroom: The vehicle features a portable bathroom that easily retracts when not in use, maximizing shower space and offering greater comfort. It also includes an integrated mirror and convenient soap dishes to keep all your toiletries within easy reach, as well as a shower rail and a shower faucet with a flexible hose.

The middle position, ideal for two people, offers additional space and allows for transporting bicycles underneath, perfect for the more adventurous.
