New to this campervan conversion is the Mobiframe RAM03 rear seat, which features side rails allowing the seats to be separated by up to 100 mm, improving individual space and comfort. It also includes longitudinal rails to adjust the seat position to suit the needs of each journey, as well as armrests and a reclining backrest, offering a much more comfortable travel experience. For sleeping, this campervan offers space for two people in the lower fold-down bed and two or even three people in the ATEK pop-up roof, creating a spacious, bright, and airy upper bedroom.

Insulation, floor, wall and ceiling paneling:

The camper is fully insulated with Kayflex, guaranteeing excellent thermal and acoustic protection in any season. The floor is paneled with poplar plywood and covered with seamless PVC vinyl, a resistant, durable, and easy-to-clean solution. The walls and doors are upholstered in faux leather, a stylish, modern, and very easy-to-maintain material. The roof is finished with plywood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes every journey feel like home.

Ventilation and natural light: This campervan conversion is designed to offer excellent cross-ventilation and ample natural light. It features two 40x40 cm Dometic skylights: one in the pop-up roof, which can be opened with the roof raised or lowered, and another in the bedroom, providing light and fresh air to the sleeping area. Four windows have been installed, all equipped with blackout blinds and mosquito nets to ensure privacy and comfort. A window in the rear door can be opened even with the bike rack installed. Additionally, there is a window in the dining area, another in the sliding door, and one in the bathroom, ensuring light and ventilation in all key areas of the vehicle.

Climate control: To ensure a comfortable temperature year-round, this campervan features an Autoterm Air 4 kW diesel-powered stationary heater. This powerful and efficient system includes several strategically placed hot air outlets throughout the vehicle, including one in the bathroom, to guarantee a warm environment even on the coldest days. The system is controlled by a digital display, allowing you to easily adjust the temperature to your preferences.

Water System: A water system designed for reliability and convenience during your travels. Equipped with a Shurflo 10-liter/minute pressure pump and an expansion tank, ensuring a constant and quiet water flow and extending the system's lifespan. It includes a fixed 113-liter fresh water tank with an external filler neck, making refilling easy at any point. The grey water tank has a capacity of 110 liters and features a manual drain valve for convenient and efficient emptying.

In addition, a Whale brand gas water heater has been installed, providing hot water quickly and efficiently, ideal for showering or washing dishes comfortably, even in cold weather. As always, we use high-quality materials and connections to ensure a leak-free system that is resistant to temperature changes and continuous use.

Electrical System: Designed for autonomy, safety, and ease of use. Equipped with a CBE PC180 control unit, it allows monitoring of battery and fuel tank status, as well as control of all the vehicle's electrical systems. It features a 150 Ah lithium battery, managed by a Victron Orion Smart booster, ensuring efficient charging while driving. A 2000 W pure sine wave inverter/charger is also installed, ideal for using household appliances and electronic devices without worry. The system includes strategically placed 12 V, 220 V, and USB sockets throughout the vehicle for convenient charging and powering of your devices. An external 220 V camping-type socket is also available, allowing easy connection to an external power source for battery recharging.

Interior lighting: All vehicle lighting is LED, ensuring minimal energy consumption and a long lifespan. Kitchen equipment: The kitchen is equipped with a compact yet powerful CAN PV1320 single-burner gas hob, ideal for preparing meals conveniently while traveling. Next to it is a separate 35x35 cm sink with a high-arc kitchen tap, which significantly improves functionality and facilitates daily use, even with large pots and pans. It also includes a large-capacity, efficient, and quiet 70-liter Dometic RC 10.4 compressor refrigerator. And for added convenience, a microwave is also included.

Separate bathroom: The bathroom is designed for maximum functionality and comfort without sacrificing space or height. It features a spacious, low-profile, high-end shower tray, allowing for comfortable showering without losing any headroom. It is equipped with a practical and easy-to-maintain Thetford C223 fixed toilet, whose waste cassette is conveniently removed from the exterior door, simplifying emptying and cleaning. A PVC roller shutter door optimizes interior space and provides easy access. The bathroom also includes a shower faucet, mirror, shower curtain rail, soap dishes, storage cabinet, and a window that provides natural light and ventilation, making this a complete and pleasant space.

Bedroom: This campervan conversion features two sleeping areas designed for maximum comfort. At the rear, there's a fixed bed with custom-made mattresses that fits perfectly into the available space, guaranteeing a comfortable and restful sleep. In addition, the Atek pop-up roof incorporates a second, spacious, and well-ventilated upper bed, ideal for two or even three people. This solution provides an extra sleeping area without compromising interior space during the day. For added entertainment, the bedroom is equipped with a television.

Exterior modifications: This MAN TGE 4x4 has been equipped with a complete exterior package, designed to enhance both its off-road aesthetics and its performance and protection on demanding routes. This includes the installation of a Bravo Snorkel, ideal for protecting the engine in water crossings or on dusty terrain. The underbody is reinforced with 6mm duralumin skid plates from Almont 4x4, including a rear differential guard, front protection, and fuel tank protection, ensuring mechanical integrity on rocky or uneven terrain.

The package is completed with Misutonida Black Rhino wheels and Loder tires, a robust and attractive combination for off-road driving. In addition, a spare tire carrier, a bicycle carrier, a rear cargo tray, and Koru side steps have been installed, providing extra functionality and easier access to the vehicle.

To improve visibility in low light conditions or on night routes, additional exterior lighting has been incorporated into the grille with Lazer LED headlights, ensuring safe and efficient driving in any environment.

As a fundamental part of this preparation, the Atek brand side extensions and pop-up roof have also been installed, which not only provide an exclusive design, but also considerably increase the interior habitability, allowing you to sleep comfortably in the upper part and improve the travel experience to the maximum.
