Insulation, floor, wall, and ceiling paneling: Complete Kayflex insulation ensures optimal temperature at all times. The floor is paneled with poplar plywood and covered with seamless PVC vinyl, providing a durable and easy-to-clean surface. The bedroom walls, sliding door, and rear hatches are upholstered in faux leather, offering a stylish and easy-to-maintain finish. Additionally, the ceiling is paneled with beige faux leather-effect plywood, ensuring a robust and modern construction.

Ventilation and Natural Light: To optimize ventilation and natural light in the camper, we have installed a 500 x 450 mm window in the rear door, a 700 x 450 mm window in the sliding door, and another 700 x 450 mm window in the dining area. All these windows are equipped with integrated mosquito nets and blackout blinds, offering greater comfort and privacy at all times.

Climate control: Autoterm Planar 2 kW heating system, diesel-powered. With a digital control and included altitude kit, this heating system gives you complete control over the interior temperature, ensuring a comfortable and cozy journey at all times.

12V Air Conditioning: The innovative air conditioning system installed in this campervan conversion is the Bergstrom Open Air 12V. This model operates on 12V, allowing you to enjoy a cool environment without needing a 220V connection. Ideal for travel anywhere, the Bergstrom Open Air 12V provides complete independence and comfort on all your adventures. With its energy efficiency and optimal cooling capacity, it's the perfect solution for maintaining a pleasant climate inside a campervan up to 7 meters long.

Water system: The water system uses a pressure pump to ensure a constant flow of water, along with an expansion tank that maintains optimal system pressure. It includes fixed 78L fresh water tanks and a 53L grey water tank. We have also integrated a manual drain valve for effortless emptying and a water filling port for easy refilling from any location. Our water system utilizes premium fittings to prevent water loss due to expansion caused by temperature changes, ensuring a constant and reliable supply.

Electrical system: Equipped with a CBE PC180 control unit that gives you complete control over water levels, battery status, and other crucial aspects of the vehicle. We've also integrated a 2000W modified sine wave inverter/charger to convert battery power into high-quality AC. A lithium battery provides high capacity with reduced weight and extended lifespan. In addition, we've installed a booster to optimize charging and a Smart Shunt for precise battery management, ensuring an efficient and reliable electrical system.

The interior lighting uses LED panels for efficient energy consumption, while 220V sockets, 12V outlets, and USB ports are strategically located for easy charging of your devices. To maximize solar energy, we've installed two 200W solar panels (400W total), along with a Victron MPPT charge controller.

Other features include an external 220V camping socket. With this advanced electrical setup, you'll be ready to face any challenge and make the most of your travels.

Lighting: Our LED lighting system provides bright, welcoming, and even light throughout the camper. This includes LED ceiling lights, recessed spotlights in the dining and kitchen shelves, overhead LED lights that create a warm and comfortable ambiance, and adjustable flexible lamps in the bedroom area. The entire system is zone-controlled to suit your lighting needs and preferences.

Kitchen Equipment: We've installed a separate 35x35 cm sink with a high-arc tap, making it easy to wash pots and pans. We've also added a microwave, giving you more options for preparing your meals. We opted for a portable stove instead of a fixed one, allowing you to cook both inside and outside the van, adapting to any situation and enjoying maximum flexibility.

In addition, we've installed an 80-liter Dometic CRE compressor refrigerator, ensuring your food stays fresh throughout your trip. The separate sink and stove provide a more organized and functional space, significantly improving comfort and the culinary experience on your adventures.

Separate Bathroom: At the client's request, we eliminated the standard bathroom to offer a more practical and spacious solution. Instead of a fixed toilet, we installed an additional wardrobe that provides considerable extra storage space, ideal for storing clothes, kitchen utensils, and other travel essentials.

To ensure comfort and functionality, we've provided a small portable toilet for nighttime or emergency use. This toilet is designed to be compact and easy to use, and it stores discreetly inside one of the cabinets when not in use. This way, the customer has access to an emergency toilet without sacrificing valuable space or the van's interior aesthetics.

Dining Room & Bedroom: The dining area transforms into a spacious space thanks to the swivel-based seating, allowing up to four people to comfortably dine around the extendable table. This flexible design ensures the space can be used optimally for both dining and socializing.

At the rear, the bunk beds are designed to sleep two people each. The lower bunk features a fold-down central panel, allowing for the loading of large items when needed. The upper bunk can be folded down to convert from two to one berth, or even completely removed without tools, providing extra space if the bunk is not in use. This versatility in the bunk beds allows for maximizing available space and adapting it to the needs of the moment.

Safety and added comfort: To enhance safety and comfort while traveling, we've installed a rear-view camera that makes parking maneuvers easier and provides a clear view of the area behind you. We've also added a side awning, creating a pleasant shaded outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air, thus expanding the possibilities for using your converted Peugeot Boxer L2H2 campervan.
