Main features of camper conversion
Places:
Configuration prepared for 4 people in circulation and up to 4 people to sleep, offering a comfortable and functional layout both for traveling and for enjoying stays in the camper.
Insulation and paneling:
Complete insulation using Kayflex, improving the thermal and acoustic comfort of the living space. The floor is constructed of poplar plywood and finished with seamless, durable, and easy-to-maintain continuous PVC vinyl.
The bedroom walls, sliding door and rear gates are covered in faux leather, while the ceiling is finished with faux leather effect plywood in a beige tone, achieving a warm, well-maintained and resistant interior.
Ventilation and natural light:
The layout includes three windows: one 500 x 450 mm window in the rear door and two 700 x 450 mm windows located in the sliding door and dining area. All of them have integrated mosquito nets and blackout blinds.
To promote air renewal, two skylights are also installed in the dining room and bedroom, and one skylight in the bathroom.
Air conditioning:
Equipped with a 2 kW Autoterm Planar stationary heater, powered directly from the vehicle's diesel tank. Includes a digital control and altitude kit to ensure proper operation and good interior temperature control.
Water installation:
Water system using a pressure pump and expansion tank, providing a stable flow rate at the different points of consumption.
It has a fixed 100-liter clean water tank and an 80-liter grey water tank, as well as an external filling port and a manual emptying system.
The installation is carried out with quality components prepared to withstand temperature changes and reduce the risk of leaks or expansion in the circuit.
Electrical installation:
The installation is managed by a CBE PC180 control unit, from which the main levels and statuses of the system can be consulted.
It features a lithium battery, inverter-charger, 220V, 12V and USB sockets, plus an external 220V connection for camping.
For power generation it incorporates a 200W solar panel, managed by a Victron MPPT solar regulator, increasing autonomy during trips.
Lightning:
The entire interior features energy-efficient LED lighting, distributed in different areas to achieve practical and pleasant lighting.
The design combines LED ceiling panels, recessed spotlights in the dining room and kitchen, overhead ambient lighting, and adjustable reading lights by the beds. The different lighting elements can be controlled by zone according to the needs of each moment.
Kitchen equipment:
The kitchen has a separate 35 x 35 cm sink with a high spout tap, offering a spacious and comfortable area for daily use.
This configuration features a Dometic 2-burner stove and is complemented by an 80-liter Dometic refrigerator with compressor, providing good storage capacity and preservation of food during the trip.
Separate bathroom:
The bathroom has a completely separate and equipped space to offer comfort during travel.
It includes Thetford C223 CS fixed WC with external access to the cassette, shower tray, mirror, shower rail and tap with flexible hose and holder.
A practical configuration that allows you to have your own bathroom and shower without sacrificing the use of interior space.
Dining room and bedroom:
The dining area utilizes the front seats with swivel bases to create a spacious area that can comfortably seat up to four people. The table includes an extendable leaf, allowing its surface to be enlarged when needed.
In the rear area we find a double bunk bed system with capacity for four people.
The lower bed has a central fold-down section that makes it easier to transport larger items. The upper bunk can be configured for one or two people and can also be completely removed without tools, adapting the space to each type of trip.
Furniture and finishes:
The furniture is made of HPL laminated plywood, a material chosen for its strength, durability and ease of maintenance.
Each element is manufactured and assembled with special attention to fit, edge banding and finishes, combining it with top-brand accessories and components to achieve a solid interior ready for intensive use.
